The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Cleaning: Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes are cleaned and sanitized. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining areas, and restrooms. Waste Management: Properly dispose of waste and recyclables. Ensure garbage bins are emptied regularly and kept clean. Stocking: Assist with receiving and storing deliveries. Ensure kitchen supplies and ingredients are properly stocked and organized. Support: Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and plating dishes. Maintenance: Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Restaurant Manager. Ensure all equipment is in good working condition. Safety: Follow all health and safety regulations. Ensure proper handling and storage of food to prevent contamination. Teamwork: Work collaboratively with kitchen and dining room staff to ensure smooth operations. Provide support wherever needed.
